Setting up your Twinset

During the first Covid19 lockdown, I was asked by BSAC to make some online videos instructing divers in certain skills and techniques, so that they can further their knowledge from home during the Covid19 pandemic.

As such, the first topic I delivered was setting up your twinset which is all about rigging the diving harness, wing and plate for your twinset diving. I hope you find it useful and informative, albeit I did find it slightly strange recording a video to myself.

Other linked topics were top tips for reaching your twinset manifold, how to set up a diver stage and isolation and shutdowns of a manifolded twinset.

If you want to learn about diving a twinset, then get in touch and I can teach you.

I am a passionate adventurer, loving being in the mountains walking, climbing, scrambling as much as I love being under the water exploring shipwrecks, mines and caverns, or in search of treasure in the depths. My real passion lies in combining mountains and water and as such you’ll often find me either in the mountains altitude diving, or in the mountains ice diving. Both exhilarating and peaceful – allowing me to regenerate the inner me, whilst pushing myself physically and mentally.
