Scuba Diving, Stage Cylinder Rigging

I was asked by BSAC to make some online videos instructing divers in certain skills and techniques, so that they can further their knowledge from home during the Covid19 pandemic for using their twinsets.

As such, the first topic I delivered was setting up your twinset and then the second one was this one, which is all about rigging a diving cylinder for use as a stage cylinder. Additional ones were hints and tips for reaching your manifold on your twinset, and the final one was dealing with twinset Failures.

I hope you find it useful and informative, albeit I did find it slightly strange recording a video to myself.

I am a passionate adventurer, loving being in the mountains walking, climbing, scrambling as much as I love being under the water exploring shipwrecks, mines and caverns, or in search of treasure in the depths. My real passion lies in combining mountains and water and as such you’ll often find me either in the mountains altitude diving, or in the mountains ice diving. Both exhilarating and peaceful – allowing me to regenerate the inner me, whilst pushing myself physically and mentally.
