COVID19 Updates

This is just some information to update current and future clients on my COVID19 policy.

Current Bookings;
  1. If you have a booking with me that cannot go ahead due to government lockdowns, then in the first instance we will rebook it at the earliest possible time post lockdown easing.
  2. If I am unable to offer new dates which equates to the original booking conditions, then I will refund any monies that have been paid, minus any costs already incurred such as e-learning etc.
Future Bookings;
  1. If you have not yet booked with me, then please rest assured that all my booking forms do not take payment upon booking.
  2. The booking form will confirm your date for the course or activity that you want to do. You will not be invoiced for the course or activity until we are sure that lockdowns and restrictions have been relaxed sufficient for the courses to go ahead.
All Bookings;

For all bookings with me please rest assured that I fully comply with all current regional and national guidelines to ensure yours, mine and our families safety and security.

Commercial Bookings;

All commercial bookings will go ahead unless otherwise notified.
